Super Seedy Energy Balls
Carob and tahini are great sources of calcium for those on a dairy-free diet.
This recipe will make 28 small bliss balls.
Ingredients
- 8 tbsp carob powder
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 3/4 cup of oats
- 3/4 cup of pumpkin seeds (or mix of sunflower and pumpkin seeds)
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 6 dates
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 2-3 tbsp tahini (unhulled for extra calcium)
Pulse ingredients in a food processor until blended.
Roll into balls and place on a tray lined with unbleached parchment paper.
Leave in the fridge to set and freeze half so you can enjoy them for longer.
