Peanut and Miso Dressing
This Peanut and Miso Dressing is super simple to make and will elevate any dish.
Add it to Asian style salads, drizzle on grilled fish or chicken or toss through buckwheat noodles.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp sweet miso paste
- Juice of one lime
- 1 tbsp tamari or soya sauce
- 1 small piece of ginger, peeled & chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp water
Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
Tamari is gluten free soy sauce and a good option if you are avoiding gluten.
Miso is fermented soy bean paste often used in Japanese dishes. It adds a lovely umami flavour to dishes.
